Material Handler - Level 1

Position Overview

As a Material Handler in the new parts warehouse, you will be responsible for material movements within the facility, as well as shipping / receiving goods to / from other facilities. You will ensure all moves are made in a safe manner and are properly recorded / input into the warehouse management systems.

Job Description

• Transport and distribute materials and goods
• Receive, pick and stock orders
• Effectively use warehousing software and systems to track movement of goods
• Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment
• Pack and unpack goods
• Install, lash, and secure goods
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety
