Laval, the 3rd largest city in Quebec, is undergoing profound transformation. The evolution of the Laval territory and its population leads the Laval Police Service to progress with its city by adapting, innovating, and standing out in order to maintain a level of service that meets the expectations and needs of the population, aiming for the highest standards in citizen experience. At the dawn of a major transition to a level 4 service, the Laval Police Service continues to establish all the winning conditions.
The Laval Police Service has over 1,000 members, including police officers and civilian employees. These individuals are committed and dedicated to ensuring the safety of approximately 450,000 Lavallois and Lavalloises. Selection processIt includes, among other things, a pre-selection inventory, an interview, a psychometric evaluation, a security clearance, a medical examination, and a comprehensive file analysis.
