Client Service Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a Client Service Representative to join our Granville West Group team in Vancouver. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in office and 2 days per week remote.

The Client Service Representative will be a part of a dynamic team that provides an exceptional client experience for Group Insurance clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Plan Administrators and Plan Members with the completion of member enrolments and changes and plan updates, as required. As a technically savvy individual, you will provide administrative support through written communications and other ad hoc duties.

The Client Service Representative will:

• Manage day to day interaction with clients.
• Client sizes ranging from 3 – 1000 – approximately 150 clients.
• Assist clients with claims issues.
• Provide administrative support with implementing new groups/ change in carrier.
• Review contracts and booklets for accuracy.
• Assist clients with billing/rate questions, eligibility questions and carrier site navigation.
• Process amendments.
• Assist with disability and life claims.
• Respond to emails in a timely and courteous manner.
• Receive phone calls and responds to voice messages in a timely and courteous manner.

To be successful as a Client Service Representative with Granville West Group, you will need:

• 3+ years experience in Group insurance industry
• Confident and accurate understanding of group insurance market products and processes
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
• You are a self starter who is able to hold themselves accountable

Salary Range: $65 000-$75 000
