Our client isseeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support their continued growthand legal strategy in aviation and related sectors.
This seniorlegal professional will report directly to the CFO and work closelywith crossfunctional teams providing guidance on a wide range oflegal and regulatory matters.

KeyResponsibilities
- Guidestakeholders on legal aspects of business operations includingstrategic support for business development and contractmanagement.
- Develop and implementprocesses for legal compliance risk assessment and contractstandardization.
- Represent andprotect client interests in legal proceedings arbitration andnegotiations.
- Provide comprehensivelegal advice on regulatory issues oversee contract relationshipsand maintain high standards of confidentiality andintegrity.
Requirements
- Education : LLB required (membership with Law Society of Alberta); MBApreferred.
- Experience : 10 years in Corporate / Contract Law with a focus on Leasing andFinancing; 3 years in the Aviationsector.
- Skills : Strong negotiation strategic thinking and communication skills withproficiency in MS Office and client relationshipmanagement.
