This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings a minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience, along with hands-on knowledge of U.S. accounting standards and audit rigor gained from a Big 4 firm. About the RoleReporting directly to the Director of Finance, the Accounting Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards (including U.S. GAAP), and supporting the overall financial operations of the organization. This is a hands-on role that spans full-cycle accounting, payroll, inventory management, and financial reporting.
