Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Remote Receptionist to join our startup tech platform, Dentist Finder! We help people find the best dentist based on their unique needs and criteria.
As a key player in our lead conversion process, you will work remotely to answer inbound calls of people looking for a new dentist and following up with leads.
This role includes qualifying leads, and live transferring calls to our network of dental clinics so people can book an appointment.
Previous experience in a receptionist role, preferably in the North American dental industry, is highly valued.

Position Details :
- Job Type : Part-time with full-time opportunities.
- Compensation : $17-20 per hour.
- Start Date : As soon as possible.
Responsibilities :
- Answer inbound calls of people looking to find a new dentist.
- Outbound call and follow up with leads.
- Live transfer calls to the clinic staff for final appointment booking and scheduling.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing potential patients' inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Keep accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless communication and lead conversion processes.
- Stay updated on dental services offered by our clients and the North American dental industry in general.
