Requirements:
⁠ ⁠1+ year of kitchen experience preferred (motivated applicants with less experience are welcome to apply)

⁠ ⁠Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work well under pressure

⁠ ⁠High attention to detail and consistency

⁠ ⁠Responsible, dependable, and hardworking

⁠ ⁠Open availability on weekends

⁠ ⁠Experience with KDS systems

⁠ ⁠Food Safe Level 1 certification is a plus (we can help you obtain it)

Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Execute dishes at the hot, cold, and expo stations during service

⁠ ⁠Support kitchen prep work to maintain service readiness

⁠ ⁠Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation

⁠ ⁠Follow food safety procedures and assist with kitchen cleaning tasks

Who We’re Looking For

• Probation Period: $19/hour for the first 6 weeks. This is a trial phase to assess performance and ability to keep up with the fast-paced kitchen dynamics. If expectations are not met during this period, employment may be terminated.
• Post-Probation: $21–$25/hour based on performance, reliability, and versatility.

Universal Line Cook Role:

We’re looking for a universal line cook—someone who is capable of working across all key stations: cold zone, hot zone, and expo. Versatility and adaptability are essential.
