Location : This role is hybrid with a mix of remote and in-person work at North Campus Edmonton.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the administration of educational program technology platforms (Google sites, Google sheets, ZOOM, web Eval and CALLY) and provide support coverage for the Medical Education Business unit (OSCEs / interviews training, orientation and mentoring of new MEPCs).
- Provide support for special projects, internal and external accreditation, events, workshops and resident recruitment.
- Coordinate, maintain and support medical education administration within the program(s) coordinated.
- Assist in delivering a high level of collaboration, team orientated, diplomatic and proactive activities, sharing knowledge and skills, and contributing ideas and recommendations.
- Support the Medical Education Business unit under the administrative supervision of the Team Lead Medical Education.
Qualifications
Detailed working knowledge of the requirements of their education program(s).Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and multitasking skills with flexibility and adaptability when taking directions from multiple sources.High level collaborative, team orientated and diplomatic individual capable of working with autonomy while working within team environments.Affable, highly proficient with strong scheduling and project coordination capabilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
