Are you an experienced equipment operator looking for a stable, full-time opportunity? Randstad Canada is currently seeking a reliable Forklift Crown Reach Driver to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Ancaster, ON.
In this role, you will play a key part in daily logistics and supply chain operations. As a Forklift Crown Reach Driver based in Ancaster, ON, you will spend the majority of your shift operating machinery, while also assisting with general warehouse tasks to keep inventory moving smoothly.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Spend approximately 70% of your day operating a reach truck to lift, move, and stack products safely.
Perform physical order picking, including manually handling tires one by one as needed.
Assist team members at the dock station with receiving, loading, and unloading shipments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience operating reach trucks (an expired license is acceptable).
Ability to handle physical work, including manual lifting.
Must pass a standard criminal background check prior to starting.
Must bring your own certified safety shoes and high-visibility safety vest.
Full availability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, plus flexibility for weekend shifts.

Your first day in Ancaster, ON will consist of a 4-to-6-hour evaluation covering health and safety orientation along with a practical forklift assessment. Upon successfully passing this evaluation, you will officially start your active shift the following day!
