What you will do :
Utilize expertise in requirements management to drive the systems engineering process for EV projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system specifications for EV components.
Play a crucial role in developing safety-critical systems, considering ISO 26262 requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
Review and provide technical evaluations of key System Engineering documents.
Manage requirements changes through the appropriate change control process.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and optimize system performance.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in EV technology.
Ensure all work complies with regulatory requirements and follows best practices in the automotive industry.
What you will bring :
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Software, Computer, Control, Mechatronics) or technical equivalent (advanced degrees preferred).
Experience in requirements management and system design for complex electrical, mechanical, and software systems.
Strong understanding of safety-critical systems and their integration into EV architectures.
Proficiency in using requirements management tools (e.g., Polarion, DOORS).
Familiarity with functional safety concepts and practices in the automotive industry.
Communication experience working with Product Development Engineers, Product Owners, and other Software / Hardware / Mechanical cross-functional teams.
2+ years of combined experience in Systems Engineering, Vehicle Controls, Firmware Development, or ECU development / deployment.
Experience with ASPICE / ISO26262 Development activities is a significant bonus.
