Senior Structural Engineer

At BBA, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our passionate team and contribute to designing resilient, innovative infrastructure across the mining, energy, and natural resources sectors. In this role, you’ll lead structural engineering projects from initial concept to construction, while also contributing to business development and proposal preparation. You’ll play a pivotal part in delivering technically sound, cost-effective solutions and mentoring our growing team of engineers. • Lead complex structural engineering mandates across the mining, energy, and natural resources sectors
• Oversee structural design and analysis for facilities, industrial structures, and infrastructure in remote and challenging environments
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and designers
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors
• Contribute to proposal preparation and business development initiatives
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical reports
