Responsibilities
- Fulfillment & Picking: Utilize RF scanner tools to locate, verify, and pack inventory accurately for shipment.
- Material Handling: Assist with inbound receiving, sorting stock, loading outbound freight, and staging production lines.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct swift visual inspections to spot product defects before final dispatch.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep your assigned station organized, hazard-free, and operating smoothly throughout the shift.

Qualifications
- Hands-on Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a warehouse, assembly, or industrial environment.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably and remain active on your feet during the workday.
- Tech Comfort: Familiarity with RF scanners or basic digital inventory tools (or eagerness to learn).
- Work Ethic: Strong attendance habits, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
