This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations of our company, with a strong focus on efficiency, security, and innovation. The successful candidate will have a robust background in the healthcare industry, leadership experience, and IT expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.

Provide leadership and support to the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Manage and protect information assets, implementing robust IT cybersecurity practices.

Troubleshoot technical IT and security issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Collaborate with other departments to align operational strategies with company goals.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT, with a focus on troubleshooting and security.

Postgraduate degree in Information Computer Science, Management, or a related field.

Strong understanding and experience in IT cybersecurity practices.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual Salary : $90,000 CAD

Working Hours : 37.5 hours per week
