Job description
Randstad Staffing is currently looking for an experienced Legal Assistant for a law firm in Steinbach.

Do you have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant?
Are you organized, thrive in a busy work environment and pay high attention to detail? Are you tech-savvy, and enjoy working with people? Are you a fast learner and a great team player? Are you passionate about work, have a positive outlook and work well under minimal supervision?

Responsibilities
- Preparing and drafting legal documents (letters, agreements and various other reports)
- Providing legal administrative support to the firm
- Correspondence with clients and other lawyers
- Managing and maintaining filing systems
- Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Successful completion of a legal assistant program
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant
- Ability to work well in a team setting as well as independently
- Excellent attention to detail and outstanding multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize a heavy workload
- Tech -Savvy: Great understanding of Excel and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
