About Reelage :

Reelage is a fast-growing talent competition app where dancers, singers, actors & creators compete for real prizes. It is a product by Duple IT Solutions, focused on building a strong creator community and exciting competitions across India.

What You'll Do :

Manage end-to-end competition operations (events, rules, timelines)

Coordinate with participants and handle queries / complaints

Organize judging process and ensure fairness

Announce results, manage prizes & certificates

Work closely with the marketing team on promotions

Reach out to sponsors and event partners

Report bugs and coordinate with the tech team

Daily reporting to the founder

You're Perfect If :

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Understand social media and creator culture

Can handle pressure and solve problems independently

Excited about building something from scratch

Bonus Points :

Experience in event management

Interest in dance, singing, or performing arts

Existing network of creators or event partners
