Job Description : Operates and monitors computerized building control systems and maintains facility / plant systems and equipment. Independently performs major repairs / installations on a wide variety of complex building systems and equipment.

  • Building Systems Technician certificate

Licenses

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Power Engineering License pursuant to the Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act

  • 5th Class Engineering certificate, as required by the
  • Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job
  • Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required by the job
  • Pool Operator certificate, where required
