Position Overview
Our Highways division is looking to add a Ground Person for the 2025 Road Construction Season. This role will require extensive travel throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan.
It is the responsibility of the Ground person to be proficient and skilled in various types of Rock crusher operations. The grounds person must have knowledge to setup, tear down, and maintain the equipment. Ability to fuel, pre-trip and complete warm-up and cool down operations of equipment and generators. Daily inspections of equipment guarding and other plant components. The grounds person will complete housekeeping of all areas of the plant. Working knowledge of safety polices in accordance with OHS, conducting job specific hazard assessments and demonstrate knowledge and understanding of silica dust.
