Data Entry Clerk

Adecco is currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk for a short-term temporary assignment supporting an Indigenous organization near Saskatoon, SK. This opportunity is ideal for a highly detail-oriented individual with exceptional typing skills and experience in minute-taking during formal planning sessions.
As a Data Entry Clerk / Minute Taker, you will be responsible for providing detailed, near-verbatim minute-taking during a two-day strategic planning session led by an external facilitator. Your work will directly support the Board and Board Chair by ensuring accurate documentation of discussions, decisions, and action items.

• Location: Crossmount, SK (approximately 5 minutes outside Saskatoon)
  
• Job Type: Temporary | Full-time (March 10-11)
  
• Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (likely concluding at 4:00 PM)
  

Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed minute-taking during two full days of strategic planning sessions
  
• Capture discussions as close to verbatim as possible, as preferred by the Board and Board Chair
  
• Maintain sustained focus and accuracy throughout long sessions
  
• Ask participants to repeat information when necessary to ensure accuracy
  
• Deliver organized and comprehensive session notes following each day
  
• Type and structure detailed meeting notes in real time
  
• Clearly document key themes, decisions, and action items
  
• Maintain professionalism and discretion throughout the sessions
  
• Collaborate with session organizers to clarify content as required
  

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
  
• Strong typing skills with a target speed of 60+ words per minute
  
• Proven experience with detailed minute-taking or live transcription
  
• Ability to maintain concentration over extended periods
  
• Confidence to ask for clarification to ensure accuracy
  
• Criminal background check required
  
• Ability to attend a pre-session meeting with the organization
  
• Professional demeanor and business casual attire required
