Hours : Casual positions available.

Wage : $25.95 per hour (to start).

Location : Port Coquitlam.

Job Description

The Home Support Worker position entails supporting people with developmental disabilities in the comfort of their own homes. The successful candidate will facilitate community‑based activities, teach life skills, foster independence, assist in planning social events, and help with home duties such as cooking, cleaning, and homework.

What You Bring To The Job

• A Class 5 driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle.
• Current First Aid training.
• A clean driving and criminal record.
• Willingness to learn and implement Trauma‑Informed Support, Positive Behaviour Supports, and MANDT.
• Ability to connect and communicate with the individuals we serve in a respectful way, and support their needs.
• Positive attitude.
