As the Cost Analyst, you will provide financial and analytical support to our internal and external customers by preparing insights into variances, cost per unit, and trending to support organizational performance, key initiatives, and management decision making.

You will also be supporting month and year end close activities, as well as forecast and budget preparations. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range : $69,283.00-$81,510.00 plus over-time and bonuses.

Responsibilities :

  • Calculate, analyze and report on variances at a corporate level for budget versus actual costs
  • Assist in month-end and year-end processes, including journal entries and analyzing accounts
  • Support coordination of budget and long-term planning preparation and perform cost analysis
  • Collaborate with departments to provide financial information and support decision-making process
  • Maintenance and management of budgeting system in SAP
  • Support management ad hoc requests for information and analysis
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, SOX and internal accounting guidelines, governance, and policies
