You will beproviding services for German Speaking clients of Mercedes Benz aGerman luxury and commercial vehicle automotive brand establishedin 1926.

It is headquartered in Stuttgart BadenW rttemberg Germany.MercedesBenz produces consumer luxury vehicles and light commercialvehicles.

Responsibilities :

• Respondingto customer inquiries regarding cars such as warranty issuesrecalls or problems with thevehicle.
• Troubleshooting problemswith customers cars providing guidance and instructions on how tofix the issue.
• Escalating issues toa higherlevel technician or supervisor for furtherassistance.
• Keeping up to date withproduct features specifications and the technology of the cars theyare providing supportfor.

Requisitos

• FluentGerman (at least C1) and good English (at leastB2).
• Excellent communicationskills.
