What you’ll do:
- Represent the Consumer Products department, which includes Food, TGP, HABS, Liquor and Pharmacy, by serving as the primary lead between the technology and business on process improvement initiatives.
- Act as liaison between the business unit, technology teams, and other stakeholders on various projects, including several corporate strategic priorities as well as Business led projects.
- Gather and document the business requirements and processes for enhancements and new initiatives.
- Assist the innovation Department in identifying and evaluating various solutions that are brought forward.
- Provide ongoing support and collaborative feedback to both Innovation and the Consumer products Business Unit during the development and implementation of new technology and/or processes.
- Support and sustain CRS’ current technology solutions used by the Consumer Products Division
Who you’ll work with:
The Team: You will work closely with other managers within the business unit, have three Business Systems Analysts reporting into you, and will report into the Director, Business Transformation. This team strives to cultivate a culture of Innovation, collaboration, and leadership
The Collaborators: You will work closely with other functions in our Consumer Products business unit and collaborate across the organization with teams such as Innovation, Supply Chain, and Accounting.
The Customers: You will demonstrate customer focus while supporting both FCL and local Co-op customers.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Project Management & Business Analysis and:
- Have 8+ years of related progressively responsible industry experience with a firm understanding of existing CRS business processes. Strategic project management experience required.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in commerce, business analytics, or business administration (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
