We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and person-centered Supervisor to join our team on a part-time basis . In this role, you will provide hands‑on support to individuals with disabilities—empowering them to live independently, participate in their communities, and achieve their personal goals.
This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about inclusion, respectful of individual choice, and committed to supporting people with dignity and respect.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal prep, medication, and mobility assistance.
- Support individuals in accessing the community, attending appointments, and participating in social / recreational activities.
- Promote independence and skill-building in areas such as communication, self‑care գր and decision‑making.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow support plans, behavior strategies, and health protocols.
- Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment at all times.
Qualities & Experience
Experience supporting individuals with disabilities (preferred, but not required SDLK—training provided).Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to person‑centered care.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Clear criminal record / vulnerable sector check.[Optional : Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, CPR / First Aid, NDIS Worker Screening, etc.]What We Offer
