A leading manufacturing firm in Penticton, British Columbia, is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to spearhead product development and innovation. The ideal candidate is a licensed P.Eng. with a strong background in industrial / agricultural product development, CAD expertise (SolidWorks), and a knack for team leadership.
