You will have the opportunity to participate in three - eight-month rotations (totaling two years) through a Line of business within Finance;

Management Discussion & Analysis, Treasury, Corporate Development, Advanced Data Analytics, Finance Transformation and Financial Planning & Analysis teams.

You will also receive the best-in-class training focused on data visualization, automation and process reengineering to advance your career at BMO.

During this program, you will build relationships across BMO Finance and share your best practices with Leadership.

Additional Role Information :

  • This is a Hybrid role and will require the successful candidate to be located close to the primary work location to be able to work in-office.
  • This is a permanent, full-time position. Candidates who complete the program after two years will land a placement in a specific business group dependent on availability and candidate interest.
  • The successful candidate will need to be graduated and available to work full-time beginning January or May 2025

Qualifications :

  • Graduate or Undergraduate degree in Business / Commerce, Data & Analytics, Risk Management, Economics, Engineering, Finance and / or Mathematics
  • 1-2 years of relevant Work experience - including Coop and / or Internship placements - Highly Recommended
  • Technical proficiency gained through business and work experience - Highly Recommended
  • Knowledge and experience in data preparation and data analysis - Strong
  • Familiarity with one or more industry leading data and analytics tool sets including, but not limited to MS Power BI, TIBCO BPM, Spotfire, Tableau, SQL, SAS, R, Python, MATLAB, SPSS - Good.
  • Building business cases - Good
  • Researching market trends - Good
  • Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth.
  • Collaboration & team skills - In-depth.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, data driven decision making - In-depth.
  • Influence skills - In-depth.

Salary :

$54,500.00 - $101,500.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure.

Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position.

BMO Financial Group's total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
