Job Description
Digital Marketing Coordinator
Salary : Up to $50K
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Marketing Team and Students at Law to help develop marketing collateral (blogs, webpages, landing pages, podcast production)
- Differentiate the type of content based on audience, tone, copy, and end goals for each platform where it will be published.
- Website Maintenance : Review website for SEO and UI / UX by researching industry trends and performing competitor analysis.
- Monitor and update the website to improve user experience by identifying and fixing broken pages, broken internal or external links, broken page layout, and any unexpected functionalities or interactions that may impact the user experience.
- Regularly testing the website’s mobile and desktop friendliness.
- Ad operations : Perform campaign operational duties such as creating tracking links, uploading new creatives, launching new campaigns and any other ad-hoc duties.
- Gather campaign data, analyze results, and prepare insights for post campaign presentations and recommendations.
- Social listening : use social listening tool such as Audiense to acquire data on brand sentiments across all digital platforms.
- Focus on building backlink portfolio : Responsible for submitting MO’s information to directories across various online platforms to increase visibility and improve search engine optimization (SEO).
- Staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage online brand reputation : Managing and monitoring reviews across the all-digital platforms.
- Execute daily hands-on tasks working closely with the Growth team for all administrative support.
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ relevant marketing experience in a law firm setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detal.
- Ability to quickly understand complex topics (cloud technology and IT security)
- Some experience managing WordPress websites and working knowledge of HTML / CSS
- Proven success running drip / nurture email campaigns and using marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and proven ability to drive quality website traffic.
- Working knowledge of Google analytics, HubSpot, Audiense.
- B2B experience or knowledge and graphic design experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva) is a plus.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other creative software, Looker studio, Spotfire, or similar analytics / visualization software is a plus.
