Team Lead - Engineering & Industrial Trades Staffing

As a Team Lead (Division Manager) at Randstad, you'll take the reins of a high-performing unit, guiding your team of sales professionals in the engineering and industrial trades sector to new heights. What You Bring:
A minimum of 12 months' experience in a Staffing Consultant role with Randstad or 2+ years in the staffing industry, with a preference for experience in the engineering vertical.
A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional recruiting results.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
