Operations Manager to lead manufacturing operations for their growing team in Calgary and Ontario. This high-impact role will oversee multi-site operations, drive continuous improvement, and enhance systems, processes, and team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations across Calgary and Ontario locations
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met
- Lead facility operations including maintenance, infrastructure, and equipment performance
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean methodologies (Kaizen, Kanban, time studies)
- Optimize workflows, systems, and ERP processes
- Lead procurement coordination to support efficient production flow
- Coach, develop, and motivate teams to drive accountability and performance
- Foster a collaborative, results-oriented culture focused on operational excellence
- Partner with cross-functional teams (product, marketing) to support business goals and new product initiatives
Qualifications and Skills: - 10+ years of manufacturing or production leadership experience
- Post-secondary education in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong experience with continuous improvement and Lean practices
- Solid understanding of ERP systems
- Multi-site leadership experience (asset)
- Proven ability to drive change and improve operational performance
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Process improvement and operational optimization
- Leadership, coaching, and team engagement
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
