This Lead Carpenter role is ideal for a professional who enjoys leading teams on fast-paced Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) construction projects, solving complex on-site construction challenges, and working within a collaborative, safety-first environment. The Role: Lead CarpenterIn this role, you will spend most of your time supervising carpentry crews, coordinating daily site activities, performing complex carpentry work, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and meet quality standards. You will work closely with Project Managers, Site Superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades to deliver successful project outcomes. This role balances hands-on carpentry with crew leadership, planning, and quality control, providing clear expectations and ownership from day one.
