Quality Control Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QC systems, procedures, and standards to meet ASME and regulatory requirements
• Lead annual QC manual reviews and audits with ASME & ABSA; conduct internal audits and report findings
• Monitor welding procedures and collaborate with engineering to ensure product and process compliance
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance product quality
• Maintain quality records including WPS, PQR, welder qualifications, MDRs, NDE reports, calibration logs, and NCRs
