Millwright - 3rd/4th Year Apprentice - Langley, BC (#34455995)

They are currently seeking a Millwright Apprentice to provide equipment maintenance and repair at their new facility in Langley, BC. Salary and Benefits: $30-40/hr - Excellent benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision plus 4.5% matching RRSP.

Shift: Rotating 8-hour shifts

Requirements:

• BC Millwright apprenticeship, at least 3rd or 4th year
• Experience Working on manufacturing equipment, processing equipment, pumps, conveyors, motors, and gearboxes preferred.
• Good working knowledge of industrial systems.
• Ability to trouble-shoot and repair equipment breakdown.
• Work independently to resolve problems.
• Knowledge of Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Beckhoff programming is an asset.
• Computer & PLC knowledge is an asset.
• Installation and setup of production tooling to +/- .005th Proficiency in PLC & HMI programming.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Routine maintenance and repair of all plant equipment.
• Tool changes and machine setup.
• Welding, lathe & milling work.
• Support machine operators.
• Other duties as required.
