Your New Role
As a Tort Clerk / Legal Assistant with 5 years of experience in personal injury, the successful candidate for this role will work directly with a single lawyer, focusing on tort cases.
Manage a high volume of cases, with support from the accident benefits team for initial record compilation and information gathering.
Responsibilities will include conducting legal research, preparing and filing documents, managing case files, and communicating with clients.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Experience : 5+ years of experience in personal injury litigation, focusing on Tort files.
- Skills : Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of work efficiently.
- Ambition : The ideal candidate will be eager to join our dynamic and expanding legal support team, with numerous opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the firm.
- Location : The office is located in Etobicoke with free onsite parking. This role is on-site, 5 days a week.
What You’ll Get In Return
- Salary : $75,000, with potential to scale based on experience.
- Benefits : Standard medical and dental coverage.
