Thrive Group is a non-profit, charitable organization that acts as the umbrella organization for charities with a healthcare focus by sharing best practices and back-office resources. Thrive Group organizations include AbleLiving Services, Capability Support Services, Idlewyld Manor, and St. Peter’s Residence at Chedoke.

General Roles Available:

  • Recreation Assistance (group or one on one)
  • Meal Assistance
  • One on One friendly visits
  • Arabella's Cafe

*Group Setting and/or one on one with clients/residents

Qualifications/Skills/Expectations:

  • Teamwork; able to work with a variety of people
  • Good communication & listening skills
  • Empathy; understanding and warmth towards residents/clients
  • Understand the need for confidentiality
  • Positive attitude and friendly, enthusiastic manner
  • Reliable and consistent
  • Vulnerable Sector Police Check

Job Type: Casual/Volunteer (unpaid)
