Job description
Adecco is currently hiring Material Handlers for our client in Oshawa, ON. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and are looking for full-time seasonal employment.
As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, moving, and distributing materials, products, tools, and equipment throughout the facility while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily warehouse operations.
  • Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
  • Location: Oshawa, ON
  • Shift: Monday to Friday | 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM OR 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
  • Job type: Temporary (Seasonal)| Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and store incoming products and materials
  • Pick, pack, and move materials throughout the warehouse
  • Distribute products, tools, and equipment to designated locations
  • Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and product movement
  • Ensure inventory is accurately recorded and organized
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as required
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous warehouse experience is considered an asset
  • Experience using RF scanners is considered an asset
  • Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift
  • Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High School Diploma required
  • Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
