Job Description:
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. He/She may utilize heavy machinery to complete tasks. This position performs other tasks as assigned.
Pay Rate: $15.83 / per hours to start with
Shift Times: Monday to Friday - 6AM to 11AM (Flexibility required)
Location - 2900 STEELES AVENUE WEST, CONCORD, ON L4K 3S2
Responsibilities:
• Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries.
• Takes ownership of customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions.
• Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends.
• Operates all equipment, software, and devices and trains others.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Accurate typing speed of 30+ words per minute
Ability to work in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment
Ability to lift up to 70lbs
Compensation:
$15.83 / per hours to start
Paid weekly - every Friday
Merit increases once a year
5 Personal days each year and 2 weeks vacation 1-4 years of service, 3 weeks vacation 5-9 years of service, 4 weeks vacation 10-19 years of service, 5 weeks vacation 20-24 years of service
