As the newest Project Manager in Wildstone's Kelowna or Penticton, BC location, you’ll take full ownership of ICI projects from award through to closeout; leading the team, managing the budget, and making the calls that keep things moving. This is a role for someone who has put in the work in project coordination and project delivery, gained the experience, and is ready for an opportunity that gives you more ownership and impact.
You’ll manage projects in some of the most remote and challenging locations in western and northern Canada. That means you need to be sharp, adaptable, and confident navigating changing priorities and solving problems as they come up. In return, you’ll have the autonomy and support to grow in your role.

- You own your projects end-to-end — schedule, budget, billing and trade partner and client relationship — and your team knows it.
- You’ve built strong working relationships with trade partners, site crews, and clients that make the next project easier to win.
- Your projects are on schedule and on budget, and when they aren’t, you already have a plan.
- You lead your team with clear direction, play to individual strengths, and make it a priority to bring your Project Coordinators up with you.
- You’ve caught on to our processes, you follow them, and you’re starting to make them better.
What you bring.
- – years of experience in ICI construction, including time in a Junior PM or PM role where you supported project delivery from start to finish.
- EIT or designation in Civil Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience
- A working knowledge of project financials — you understand job costing, change order management, and what it means when a project is trending over budget.
- Confidence with Procore or similar project management platforms, and the ability to pick up new tools quickly.
- Strong communication skills and the judgment to know when to escalate and when to handle it yourself.
