Robert Half is currently seeking an experienced IT Technician for our Calgary Client. As the successful Candidate you will be responsible for effective management of the client’s computer hardware and software systems, resolving technical issues with stakeholder accounts, company software and infrastructure. Your solid technical ability and strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills will help you contribute to the team with the delivery, diagnosis, maintenance, reporting, break/fix, and escalation of issues in order to provide excellent customer service. This role is located in Calgary, AB., but is open to hybrid remote (work from office/work from home) working permissions for eligible candidates.
