Robert Half is recruiting now for an experienced Training + Change Management Specialist for our Client. As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the development and delivery of technical training programs for teams. You will assure alignment and leveraging of common programs and strategies across the business along with prioritizing and communicating this to stakeholders. You will have expert-level knowledge of standard software and a broad knowledge of Learning and Development activities and the many facets and insights into designing, developing, implementation and evaluation of employee training programs. This role is based out of Edmonton, AB., but is open to hybrid (work from office/work from home) remote work concessions for eligible candidates.
