Purpose of the position
Under the responsibility of the Head Chef, the incumbent assists the chef and cooks in their tasks. He/She participates in the preparation of cold dishes and desserts, cuts and peels vegetables or fruits, arranges plates, prepares meal carts and participates in the maintenance of equipment and the kitchen with the rest of the team.Schedule: Full time, daytime (10 to 7 Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :
- Assemble plates of food
- Clean kitchen equipment
- Ensure and optimize quality standards in the use of food
- Peel and cut vegetables for meals

Required qualifications :
- Good team player
- A proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in institutional cuisine or equivelent
