Duties and Responsibilities:
• Customer Service- Answering customers' inquiries through various ways (email, phone calls)
• Receiving Shipments in our software program
• Transferring Product from Warehouse to Warehouse
• Bill of Lading management for LTL shipments and calling freight companies
• Create Commercial Invoices and E/Manifests
• Duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
Job Requirements:
Skills:
• Customer Service
• Very strong communication skills
• High proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring multi-tasking and prioritizing.
• Ability to work independently and in conjunction with other team members.
• Steel industry or warehouse experience is an asset.
• Prior ERP, logistics, or database experience is preferable
• Syteline (ERP) experience is a plus
