Job description
6-month contract Project Manager role focused on a high profile workstream of a global enterprise organization.

What & Why:
Our client has made a major shift in how they deliver people solutions to their workforce and as such are looking to add a project manager to their team. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team, leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across their global digital p&c portfolio. This is a high-visibility role where you'll drive end-to-end project delivery, support executive steering committees, and help shape how the P&C function plans and operates at scale. You'll bring 3–5+ years of project management experience, a PMP (or equivalent), and the ability to navigate both Agile and Waterfall environments with ease. Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills are a must as you'll be working across all levels, including executive leadership.

They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and have a hybrid work environment.

You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in project management
  • Proven experience delivering large, complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience supporting enterprise planning cycles (quarterly/annual) and/or portfolio management practices
  • Demonstrated ability to operate across both business and technology environments
  • PMP (or equivalent) with strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
  • Experience supporting large transformation or operating model initiatives
Compensation:
This role pays between $90-100 per hour incorporated.
