We are looking to fill the position of a full-time seasonal Guest Services Agent out of our Calgary office. You smile and warmly greet our guests as their first point of contact; nothing is too much trouble for you. You prioritize guest experience and teamwork. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. You Will :

• Act as a first point of contact for all customer service inquiries at Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Calgary office
• Uphold an excellent in office guest experience and atmosphere
• Respond to guest inquiries in person, over the phone, through email, and live chat
• Address customer service-related questions and concerns, escalating to the appropriate Guest Services leader as needed
• Create and update customer profiles, process season pass requests, and issue season passes
• Handle cash including a daily float, as well as process debit and credit card transactions
• Handle all inbound and outbound office mail
• Promote and sell all products and experiences available at
