Responsibilities

• Design and configure customized reporting solutions to deliver real‑time insights on workforce trends, enabling strategic and data‑driven human capital decisions.
• Leverage advanced analytics tools such as Power BI and the greater Power Platform to interpret complex datasets and produce detailed reports that support operational and business planning.
• Maintain data integrity by conducting audits, reviewing reports, regression testing and analysing data for accuracy and completeness.
• Troubleshoot application issues and work towards timely resolution.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and provide end‑user support through training, incorporating business intelligence best practices.
• Learn the foundational processes in our Human Capital Management System (HCMS) to ensure understanding of underlying data and continuously maintain this knowledge through ongoing support.
• Identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities to enhance the end‑user experience and overall work processes.
• Work in collaboration with the Technology team, other internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless integration between multiple business systems.
• Support the maintenance of system controls and security within multiple business systems.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the firm’s services, businesses and industry.
• Continually expand knowledge through professional development and ongoing research of data technology and human capital management industry trends.
