Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in the Charlottetown area. The Customer Service Representative will be integral in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Interacting with customers, handling inquiries, and resolving any complaints.
Scheduling appointments and coordinating with insurance companies.
Qualifications
Proven customer service and customer support skills.
Experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
