Quality Engineer

Exciting QA Engineer Opportunity at a Leading Global Financial Firm

Our client, a premier global financial services provider, is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to be a strategic partner in redefining how business is done in the ever-evolving financial markets.

In this role, you will :

• Apply industry-standard methodologies and new technologies to enhance productivity, quality, and system performance
• Thrive in a continuously changing, multi-tasking environment, working on existing and new initiatives within the global QA team
• Incorporate agile practices like Scrum, TDD, CI / CD into the development process
• Serve as a hands-on SDET, collaborating with distributed teams on high-visibility projects
• Provide thought leadership and innovative guidance to the team

The ideal candidate will have :

• 4+ years of hands-on QA automation experience using Java
• Expertise in web and backend test automation frameworks (Selenium, Rest Assured, BDD Cucumber)
• Proven track record in Agile QA practices
• Strong understanding of testing concepts, database, OOP, and Java
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Up to $95 Canadian Dollars per hour
• Three days in the office per week.
• Contract role.
