Summary :

We areseeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our OR andMed Surg department in Northern Ontario.

Youwill work in the OR (scrub / circulating nurse) with some shifts inother department to cover the FT commitment. OR comes with oncalloff hours (weekend evening and nights).

You needto have access to a car; her accommodation will not be at awalkable distance from the hospital. Can you look at this and getback to me as soon as possible please.

Qualifications :

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with theCollege of Registered Nurses Ontario
• Bachelorof Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in OR and MedSurg preferably in a hospital setting.
• BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) and NRP (NeonatalResuscitation Program) certifications required; ACLS (AdvancedCardiac Life Support) certification preferred FHS (Fetal HealthSurveillance) preferred.
• Strong criticalthinking and decisionmaking skills with the ability to prioritizetasks in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability tocollaborate effectively with diverse healthcare team members andcommunicate compassionately with patients and families.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professionaldevelopment and evidencebased practice.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethicalstandards in patient care.
• Proficiency inusing electronic medical records and other healthcaretechnology.
