Submitted resources MUST have minimum eight (8) years experience desktop engineering or a related field supporting a large scale (1000+ endpoints), mission critical enterprise in a 24 7 operating environment or equivalent to be considered as deemed by SaskEnergy Inc.
Typical activities in this role include but are not limited to :
1. Management and Administration of SCCM / MECM Environment.
2. Advanced experience in creating and maintaining standardized Windows images (Desired Configuration Management).
3. Windows Application Packaging & Task Sequences, Windows Installer, MSI, and MSIX.
4. Expertise in Microsoft SQL scripting, queries, and reporting.
5. Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and PowerShell scripting.
6. Managing Microsoft Updates with SCCM (Patch Tuesday).
7. Advanced experience in Active Directory Group Policy design, configuration, and management.
8. Desktop and Laptop Computer Hardware Configuration, Troubleshooting, and Repair.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Ideally the resource will have :
1. Proven competency in Computer Support (Tier 2)
2. Proven competency in CompTIA A+
3. Strong knowledge of network troubleshooting Ethernet and IP configuration
4. Experience with Lenovo Desktops & Notebooks
5. Experience with Panasonic Ruggedized Toughbook’s for field workers.

The Windows End-Point Deployment Analyst must be able to perform in a team environment with strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
North American job experience is considered an asset for this proposal. Proponents are encouraged to provide specific and qualitative verbiage of other areas where their expertise can add value to our teams and make our projects as successful as possible.
The Resource will be required to work and be located on site at SaskEnergy Head Office in Regina, Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm and the proposed hourly rate shall be inclusive of all travel and living costs (PST and GST are extra) .
Occasional travel to support offices across the province may be required. On-Call may be required as determined and agreed to by SaskEnergy and successful candidate;
for example, a rotational on-call schedule in 1-week intervals.
The preference for start date is May 2024 with the initial term will conclude on March 31, 2025 ; after which SaskEnergy will evaluate its’ ongoing requirements and potentially extend the term for this resource in accordance with the terms and conditions of the proponent’s Technology Master Service Agreement (TMSA).
CONTRACT DURATION
The Contract will be effective for an initial term commencing on award date and ending on March 31, 2025 . After which, SaskEnergy will evaluate its ongoing requirements and may have the option to renew the Contract for successive one (1) year terms, a maximum of four (4) times
