Persephone Theatre, a leading cultural institution in Saskatoon, is seeking an energetic and collaborative individual interested in development and sponsorship to fulfill the role of Development Assistant. The successful candidate will support the Development department with sponsorship and donations for the 2025-2026 Season.
Persephone Theatre is located on the traditional lands of Indigenous peoples, including the Nêhiyawak, Nêhithawak, Anishinabek, Nakawe, Nakota, Nehinawak, Lakota, Dakota, and Dene peoples. We acknowledge the contributions of the Whitecap Dakota and Round Prairie Métis peoples in establishing Saskatoon. The theatre is committed to living in good relations with Indigenous neighbours, on Treaty 6 territory.

Position Details :
This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain experience in a non-profit theatre organization preparing for its 51st Season. The position involves planning, coordinating, and implementing sponsorship efforts, working closely with stakeholders, sponsors, and community partners, and sharing Persephone Theatre’s rich history.
The position reports jointly to the Development Officer and Executive Director, with mentorship from the team including the Development Officer, Financial Controller, and Executive Director.
