Lead Consultant - UKG Pro WFM

Infosys is seeking a Lead Consultant expert on UKG Dimensions experience. The role will primarily involve creating high‑level design artifacts and detailed solution design, leading validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation / enhancements and deployments, validating requirements with product offerings, and working with relevant stakeholders for product customization requests. The consultant will interface with key stakeholders and apply Kronos domain and technical proficiency across different stages of the project, including requirements elicitation, application architecture definition and design.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
• Authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship (Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship).
• Located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or Calgary, Alberta, or willing to relocate to those areas.
• Travel may be required.

Estimated salary for Ontario : $95,701 – $110,008.
