Position Summary

The Company is currently searching for a motivated team player to join the exciting, fast-growing company. You will be working in a team-based environment to support physicians in delivering excellent patient care. If you love helping people, this job is for you.

What you will be doing

• Administrative duties – answer calls and greet patients in a helpful, respectful, and efficient manner, schedule appointments, manage referrals, result management and handle billing.
• Lab duties – include collecting and preparing laboratory specimens or perform basic laboratory tests on the premises, dispose of contaminated supplies, and sterilize medical instruments.
• Patient care duties – coordinate patient care through the clinic: checking in, prepping, escorting to exam rooms, preparing exam or treatment rooms, answering questions, providing post-appointment service, monitoring the waiting room.
• General duties – ensure to keep patient information confidential and secure at all times. Perform all other related clinical, administrative tasks or special tasks as required by clinic management.

You have

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• A Team Player.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Ability to analyze, problem-solve and take the initiative.
• Open and accountable.
• Ability to work varying shift patterns as needed by the clinic (including evenings and weekends).
• Experience as an MOA or MOA programs certification is an asset.
• Experience with EMR system Accuro and a good understanding of MSP billing are assets.

The salary offered for this position falls within a specified salary range and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific needs of the organization.
